Depending on the chosen option, you can pay for your order in the following ways:
Online payment through the “LiqPay”
It accepts payments from any bank card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment options.
Cash on delivery (COD)
You pay for your order upon receiving it at the Nova Poshta branch. The transfer fee is paid according to Nova Poshta’s tariffs. Works exclusively on the territory of Ukraine.
PayPal
This option is available for international orders only. The payment system’s commission is paid by the customer.
Bank transfer within Ukraine
Payment can be made via bank transfer using the provided bank details (IBAN) to the business account.
If none of the provided payment options are suitable for you, we can arrange an individual payment option.
SHI PPI NG
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the carrier Nova Poshta (Nova Poshta LLC). Orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time of ordering. The delivery time is regulated by the carrier, but usually takes no more than 72 hours, depending on the distance to your location.
The shipping cost is determined by the tariffs of the carrier.
Here are the delivery options you can choose from:
To the address
Delivery to the specified address by a Nova Poshta courier according to the tariffs of the carrier
International delivery is carried out by Ukrposhta (Ukrainian State Enterprise Ukrposhta)
The cost of international delivery is automatically added to the cost of the order by a fixed amount of 400 UAH. The term of international delivery is regulated by the carrier, JSC Ukrposhta, but it usually takes from 10 to 45 days, depending on the distance to your location.
Please note that orders shipped outside of Ukraine are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and in the case of receiving a package with defects or damages, it is necessary to file a corresponding report upon receipt.
To the Nova Poshta branch
By default, delivery is made to the nearest Nova Poshta branch according to the carrier’s tariffs. Unclaimed parcels are returned after seven days.
If none of the provided delivery options are suitable for you, we can prepare an alternative option.
IMPORTANT! Please double-check the contact information for shipping your order, as we cannot guarantee delivery if the provided information is incorrect.

During the receipt of your package, carefully check the integrity of the packaging and its contents.
If any defects are found, please inform the representative of Nova Poshta (or other carrier, if applicable) and prepare (1) a transfer acceptance report specifying the defects of the shipment and/or (2) a claim. It is mandatory to document the defects with photographs.
By doing this, regardless of the decision regarding the report and/or claim, we will have evidence of the defect and be able to offer you a refund or other compensation.
Claims related to damages will not be accepted if not properly documented.

In case of issues with the completeness
In case of issues with the completeness of the product (it is indicated on the box), we will arrange for a replacement. The replacement process takes between 2 to 30 working days, depending on the availability of the item in our warehouse.
You can also exchange or return a product that falls under the provisions of the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Protection” within 14 days of purchase. To avail yourself of this opportunity, please ensure that:
- The product has not been used and shows no signs of use, such as scratches, chips, wear, or other damage;
- The product is fully assembled, and the packaging integrity is not compromised (protective film is not removed);
- All labels and factory markings are preserved.
The buyer is responsible for the transportation costs associated with returning the goods.
